The phrase “the fear of the LORD” is used 14 times in Proverbs (same Hebrew word used for “fear” in those verses):
1) Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
2) Proverbs 1:29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:
3) Proverbs 2:5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.
4) Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

*For clarification: When a multiple of a number is used, it has the same meaning as the original number. For example, seven means perfection, completion, and is God's stamp on His Word.
