Sevenfold Protection From The Armour of God

Sevenfold Protection From The Armour of God:

A friend in my Bible study group noticed this seven earlier this year. It builds upon the sevens I shared a couple of days ago about our warfare with spiritual darkness.

Ephesians 6:10-13, 16  Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand... Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

In this section, there are seven things we are protected against when we put on the whole armour of God:

1) The wiles of the devil.
2) Principalities.
3) Powers.
4) The rulers of the darkness of this world.
5) Spiritual wickedness in high places.
6) The evil day.
7) All the fiery darts of the wicked.
