The Finger Of God Referred To Seven Times:

In seven different ways the Bible refers to the finger of God:

1) Creating life out of non-life - Exodus 8:17-19

Exodus 8:17-19 And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt. And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast. Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said. 

2) Writing the ten commandments on tablets of stone - Exodus 31:18; Deuteronomy 9:10

Exodus 31:18 And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God. 

Deuteronomy 9:10 And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them was written according to all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly. 

3) Creating the heavens - Psalm 8:3

Psalm 8:3-4 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

4) Writing words of judgement on the walls of Babylon - Daniel 5:5

Daniel 5:5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote. 

5) Miraculous healing of a deaf man - Mark 7:32-33

Mark 7:32-33 And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him. And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue; 

6) Casting out devils - Luke 11:20

Luke 11:20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. 

7) Writing on the ground and offering mercy to a repentant sinner - John 8:6

John 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

Sevenfold Description Of The Mighty Angel In Revelation 10: Revelation 10:1-3 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven,  1. clothed with a cloud:  2. and a rainbow was upon his head,  3. and his face was as it were the sun,  4. and his feet as pillars of fire:  5.
